Also called as “bad cholesterol”, this is the culprit for the increased risk of blood clots in the arteries. This takes cholesterol to the arteries which develop into a blood clot and later results in a heart attack or stroke. Here some foods with LDL:
- Packaged Foods
- Sugar
- Processed Meats
- Salt
- Alcohol
